Silas, the Alpha, betrayed his mate Elara by having an affair and expecting an illegitimate child.Instead of breaking down, Elara secretly melted their sacred mating ring, erased all traces, abandoned her wolf identity, and fled abroad under the alias "Kira".When the arrogant Alpha returned home, all he found was a ruined ring and an empty house. He broke down, crossed oceans, and knelt in the snow begging for her forgiveness. But the reborn woman looked at him calmly:"You’ve got the wrong person.
