Sweet and perpetually overworked assistant Lena is unexpectedly fired by her demanding boss, billionaire Alexander, just days before Christmas. Her dismissal, however, triggers a corporate crisis that threatens his position as CEO. In a desperate move to secure his company, Alexander is forced to track her down and make an outrageous, binding offer: marry him by Christmas to satisfy a board mandate and save his empire. What begins as a cold business arrangement under the mistletoe soon complicates everything they thought they knew about work, holidays, and each other.
