Daisy returns home to find Charles intimate with the maid, Lily, who is pregnant with Charles's child. Lily cleverly feigns helplessness and repeatedly plots against Daisy. Charles, obsessed with inheriting the throne, completely sides with Lily, forgetting his promise to protect Daisy. He constantly humiliates and hurts Daisy, even turning their marital home into a nursery. Despite Daisy's explanations, Charles never believes her. Realizing the betrayal and scheming between them, Daisy is completely heartbroken. Her decision leads to Charles's involvement with the Storm Wolf Pack. Charles, unable to believe Daisy would leave willingly, continues to oppress and humiliate her. Later, Daisy meets Okun and finds true love, leaving Charles filled with remorse.
