The heart beating in billionaire CEO Arthur's chest belongs to his ex-wife Catherine. Seven years ago, when he was dying, she faked betrayal, donated her heart, and took an artificial one with only seven years to live. Reunited, Arthur thinks she's a gold digger and forces her to drink, unaware she's dying. Her friend exposes the truth — no one believes. When medical records prove it, Arthur finally understands. But Emily has Catherine attacked, leaving her near death. Arthur eliminates his enemies, then gives her his own heart while still alive — paying with his life for redemption. Catherine survives, inherits everything, and devotes herself to heart rescue charity. She carries two heartbeats — a love that crossed life and death.
