Vera was the wealthy daughter of the Smith Group—until a mishap stole her memory and her identity. Taken in by a poor family, she became Samantha, a financially struggling woman with no past and no future. Years later, she reenters the Smith Group workforce, not as an heiress, but as a humble employee. Her own family doesn't recognize her. Her brother Bert and biological mother treat her with cruelty, disgusted by her "lowly" background. Then she falls in love with Joseph—her brother. Or so she thinks. As Samantha's true identity slowly emerges, the taboo love she never wanted becomes the only thing she can't let go. But when the truth comes out, will Joseph still love the sister he never knew he had?
