Olympus Princess Kleis is publicly humiliated on her birthday: her fiancé Apollo breaks their engagement to marry Phaedra and even offers her a concubine position, which she firmly rejects. Backed by Zeus and Hera, she marries Ares. Apollo neglects his divine duty, plunging the mortal realm into seven days of darkness.
