Series details

Eight months pregnant, Nora discovers that her husband Adam never married her for love—he married her to take control of Aurora, the AI prediction system she created herself. Nine years earlier, Nora was a computational neuroscience PhD student who developed Aurora from scratch, only to watch Adam gradually erase her name from the patents and company records after their marriage. When she learns that Adam plans not only to divorce her, but also to take their child by claiming she is mentally unstable and force her to permanently transfer ownership of Aurora, Nora flees in the middle of the night with the original code and crucial evidence. In the remote town of Wolfport, she gives birth to her son and starts over with the help of her lawyer friend Priya and Ronan. Meanwhile, Aurora begins to fail without Nora, throwing Adam’s technology empire into crisis. Armed with the original code, legal documents, and financial evidence, Nora fights back and demands the return of everything that belongs to her. In the end, she regains full custody of her son, reclaims her status as Aurora’s original creator, and builds her own technology company, Cutler Lane Systems. Four years later, Nora has built a business empire of her own, while Adam, the man who once erased her name, can only watch as she walks completely out of his world. Nora finally understands that true revenge is not destroying a man—it is building a life that never again needs his name to prove that she exists.
