"Damian, head of the Valdieri family, once loved Elena deeply. He was even willing to donate a kidney to save her. But everything changed after Damian’s brother died. For years, Elena was forced to endure Damian constantly taking the side of his sister-in-law,Sofia, and his nephew, Luca, all because he felt indebted to his late brother. During a conflict, Damian even traded his own son, Noah, for Luca, completely breaking Elena’s and Noah’s hearts. Later, under Sofia’s orders, Luca framed Noah. To protect her son, Elena endured a brutal whipping under the family’s rules. Elena finally gave up on her marriage and took Noah back to the Maranzano family in Italy. After discovering the divorce papers and learning the truth about the frame-up, Damian was consumed with regret. He banishedSofia and Luca, abolished the family’s cruel rules, and spent years making amends to Noah. In the end, Noah accepted him as his father again. But Elena refused to take Damian back. She ended their eight-year marriage and began a new life on her own. "
