Nora loved Blake for eight years. Six years ago, she anonymously donated a kidney to save his life — but he never knew. Ex-girlfriend Selina returned, claimed the credit, faked a pregnancy, then ran Nora over. Blake didn't pursue charges — instead, he protected Selina and demanded Nora donate her remaining kidney to her, offering marriage as leverage. Lying in her hospital bed, Nora finally woke up. She lifted her gown, revealing the scar on her lower back — the truth of who really saved him. She rejected his belated apologies and stock compensation, transferred hospitals, blocked him, and left the city alone. Blake was consumed by regret. But Nora, under a new sun in a strange city, finally learned to put herself first — and started living.
