To save her terminally ill sister, Yana Greene endures a suffocating marriage with Jensen Grant, where every expense and every part of her life is tightly controlled by her wealthy husband. But when her sister misses her chance for treatment and Yana loses the baby she was carrying, her last bit of hope shatters. With nothing left to hold on to, she signs the divorce papers and walks away from the Grant Family for good. Only after the truth finally comes to light does Jensen realize that he destroyed the one person who loved him unconditionally. By the time he puts everything he owns on the line to win her back, Yana wants nothing more than a simple life and the warmth of the people who truly belong in it.
