Series details

Sean, a gifted miner, digs up $3 million worth of gold for his uncle in minus-thirty-degree Alaska, only to receive a meager $5,000 handout and arrogant lectures. Facing his critically ill father's mounting medical bills, Sean finally sees through the hypocrisy of capitalists. He angrily kicks his bloodsucking boss to the curb and goes solo. With his wife's support—she gives him her wedding ring—he buys a beat-up wash plant and, on a barren "worthless" piece of land, drills through an ancient riverbed that has been dormant for millennia, unearthing a massive amount of gold that shocks the entire state. His jealous uncle tries to cut in but ends up with a collapsed mine and goes bankrupt, begging on his knees. Then a Wall Street tycoon arrives with million-dollar satellites and a helicopter squadron, attempting to forcibly seize Alaska's largest super-mother lode by armed force. Facing high-tech capital and the barrels of bodyguards' guns, Sean pulls off an ultimate counterattack in the bitter blizzard, armed only with his father's forty-year hand-drawn notes and a vintage rifle from an old veteran foreman. The naked eye and legacy of the old miner completely shatter Wall Street's technological myth. From an exploited worker to the master of the snowy mountains holding endless gold veins—no forgiveness, hardcore rise, full-throttle American adrenaline satisfaction.
