On his first day back in the country, Zack Luke was nearly killed in a car accident orchestrated by his stepbrother, Mike Luke. Serena Jones, passing by, bravely saved him. After regaining consciousness, Zack was determined to find Serena and repay her. However, when he finally saw her again, it was on the most humiliating day of her life—Serena had just discovered her best friend Yara Park and her boyfriend Jay Hammer's betrayal. Catching Yara and Jay in their affair, Serena was not only denied any apology but was also cruelly insulted by them. In a fit of anger, she impulsively married a random man, unaware that her new husband was none other than Zack Luke, the heir to Asiia's top conglomerate, Lukes Group!
