Catherine married Alexander for nine years to repay a debt. She took drinks and knives for him, forced to give blood, abandoned in a fire, denied seeing her dying grandmother, and miscarried in a crash while he partied with his mistress—yet she endured silently. At their ninth-anniversary banquet, pregnant mistress Nina demanded her place. Heartbroken, Catherine gave the peace bracelet and left. At the birthday feast, she mailed an infertility diagnosis, exposing Nina's fake pregnancy. As Alexander chased her, his grandfather seized the company and his wedding self-harm failed; the court finalized their divorce. Catherine reclaimed her surname, ran a winery with Ethan in LD City, free and happy.
