While testing his latest bomb guidance system, Sean Lynn accidentally encounters a celestial phenomenon that causes electromagnetic interference, resulting in him being transported to a parallel universe.
In the Great Thorn State, the empress, Zahra Thorn, happens to be Sean Lynn's wife. However, in everyone's perception, the ruler of the Great Thorn is a man. To conceal her identity as a woman, Zahra Thorn has no choice but to place Sean Lynn outside the palace and do everything she can to cure his illness.
Sean Lynn has always been bedridden and naturally unaware that his wife is the empress. After the time travel, Sean Lynn immediately suggests to the empress that they should stage a coup. How should they do it? The prerequisite is for Sean Lynn to manufacture bombs. Once the bombs are ready and the location of the palace is pinpointed, Sean Lynn plans to blow up Thorn King right away. However, just as the Great Thorn faces pressure from the Choon State, the empress gives Sean Lynn the location of the Choon army instead. Sean Lynn launches a few bombs, and the Choon army is wiped out.
The Empress: "Are you serious? Good thing I didn't give you the location of the palace." But the Choon princess, Sherry Choon, is not content with this outcome. She allies with five other nations, making a total of six states, to pressure the empress into sharing the bombs. The empress cleverly maneuvers Sean Lynn into defusing the crisis and severely damaging the six nations. Sherry Choon then spreads rumors, claiming that the Thorn State is suffering from drought because the emperor has angered the heavens. In response, Sean Lynn uses modern technology to summon the "Dragon King" to bring rain, winning the people's loyalty. Despite Sherry Choon's repeated attempts to trouble the empress, Sean Lynn, unaware of the empress's true identity, always helps her resolve the issues.
Finally, one day, Sean Lynn becomes impatient: "My dear, when are we going to stage the coup and unify the world?" The empress replies, "Honey, I've already conquered the entire world for you."
