She died for love and returned for revenge — and bore nine golden dragons. Golden Princess Seraphina sacrificed everything to give Crown Prince Adrian a black dragon egg. He destroyed it and locked her in an ice tower to die. Reborn on her wedding selection day, Adrian picks Vivienne and forces Seraphina onto Lucien, a border prince. Seraphina knows Adrian is sterile. After marrying Lucien, she carries nine eggs. Vivienne fakes a golden pregnancy, but Seraphina discovers the truth: Vivienne's child belongs to a serpent prince. At the Blood Rite, Vivienne's golden egg hatches a snake. Adrian's sterility is exposed. Furious, he attacks Seraphina's eggs. She wakes them with her golden blood, and nine pure gold dragons break their shells. Divine lightning strikes Adrian down. Lucien's seal breaks — his golden form revealed to all. Adrian becomes ash. Vivienne loses her wings. Seraphina claims her rebirth.
