After losing his beloved in an ancient divine war, Poseidon seals his power and lives as Kai, a silent mechanic in a coastal town. Heiress Aria enters his shop during a storm while investigating her father's suspicious death and, after two sea rescues, recognizes the secret beneath his ordinary life. Her uncle Victor murdered his brother, seized the company, and now seeks to awaken Poseidon's dark aspect through demolition and assassination. Kai's power returns as he protects Aria. In an underwater temple they learn she is the reincarnation of the priestess who sacrificed her soul long ago. Aria awakens ocean blood, defeats the darkness with Kai, and they pass the sea power to daughter Luna before choosing an ordinary family life.
