Ella, a fallen aristocrat, is publicly humiliated and dumped by Kai, her wealthy boyfriend of two years, while facing relentless mockery from his new fiancée. Pushed to the brink of ruin, a devastating blow strikes: her mother is in critical condition, accompanied by a mountain of crippling debt. On a torrential, rain-swept night, a desperate Ella knocks on the door of Luther Walton—her ex-boyfriend’s powerful father—offering herself as collateral in exchange for $500,000 in lifesaving funds. Thus begins a dangerous, taboo game of power and passion—one born from a cold transaction that bridges a generational divide.
