Six years ago, Kian, the Dragon‑Rider Warlord, broke his Dragon Bond while saving the pregnant Evelyn. Misled by his mother, he came to believe Evelyn had abandoned him. Six years later, Evelyn returns seeking medical help as their daughter lies gravely ill. Plagued by the misunderstanding that she is married, Kian subjects her to repeated harsh treatment. Manipulated by the scheming female antagonist Viola, he even trusts a falsified paternity test result and furiously gets engaged to another woman. It is not until a rampaging black dragon critically injures their biological son Leo that the truth comes to light. Shattered by the revelation, Kian drops to his knees in remorse, embarking on an extremely humbling journey of winning back his wife.
