Underground fighter Mickey is taken by mafia boss Ian to settle his father's gambling debt. Everyone says Ian is a cold-blooded monster—but this "monster" teaches him to fight, takes a bullet for him, secretly pays his sister's medical bills, and clears his father's debts. Mickey falls from hate to love—until he sees Ian "kissing" his sister. When Victor and undercover cop Noah conspire against them, Mickey discovers the truth: Ian was only adjusting an IV line, the lion-head key held their photo together, and the bullet was meant for him. At their cathedral wedding, Ian declares to all: "This is my one and only love." From the cage to the altar—from enemies to soulmates. He fought his way out with his fists; Ian caught him with his heart.
