Six years ago, Nadia Riley was forced by Old Mrs. Jones to break up with Ethan Jones, even though it broke her heart, and secretly gave birth to their son, Leo Riley. After Nadia passed away, five year old Leo set off on a long journey with his beloved keepsake and his little dog to find the father he had never known. At first, Ethan refused to believe Leo was his son because of a painful misunderstanding, but the truth finally came out through a DNA test, leaving him crushed with regret. Serena Clark repeatedly tried to hurt Leo to win Ethan back, while Old Mrs. Jones slowly went from rejecting the boy to loving him. Meanwhile, Nadia’s grandfather Victor Riley was determined to avenge his granddaughter. When the truth finally came to light and the villains were brought to justice, Ethan let go of the past and devoted himself to protecting his son, finally finding redemption as a father.
