When Maggie returns home, she discovers her family’s manor has been seized by the nanny Chloe and her family. She is brutally attacked and humiliated by Chloe’s son Alex and daughter-in-law Emily, and her mother’s brooch is smashed to pieces. Maggie gives Chloe three days to confess, but Chloe throws a party instead. Maggie calls the police and presents property ownership evidence, getting the three convicted and filing a claim for compensation. In prison, Chloe reveals that her uncle Victor is the mastermind behind the property grab. Maggie finds a trust document in a hidden chamber. At a banquet, she exposes Victor’s crimes: forging the will, falsifying psychiatric evaluations, and poisoning her parents. Victor is arrested in the end. Maggie revives the Sterling Group.
