Vivian, the female lead suffering from leukemia in the real world, is bound to a quick-transmigration system and sent into a conquest world. Her mission: to win the absolute love of four powerful male leads — if even one of them falls for her completely, her terminal illness in reality will be cured. In this world, Vivian is cast as a cannon fodder supporting character, while Sienna is the destined female lead. All four men — business tycoon Ethan, Wall Street financier Marcus, former special forces bodyguard Dominic, and media mogul Julian — favor the fragile Sienna, joining forces to trample and torment Vivian.
After three years of silent endurance, Vivian still fails to complete her mission. The system declares the task failed, and her real body will wither away permanently. In utter despair, she takes an overdose on the rooftop of a forty-eight-story building, only to be forcibly saved by her husband Ethan. She repeatedly attempts suicide — jumping into a river, consuming poisonous white peony — but each time the four men stop her. Yet they only care whether Sienna might be frightened, never truly considering Vivian's suffering.
Sienna, secretly also a transmigrator, knows the system's rules. For years she has feigned innocence, deliberately provoking conflict between the four men and Vivian, framing her time and again, even running a private, sealed sanatorium-prison where she tortures Vivian at will. She plans to absorb all the affection Vivian has accumulated and complete the conquest mission for herself.
Injected with a military paralytic agent, Vivian lies helpless and humiliated. Seizing an opportunity, she concocts an industrial poison, pretends to approach Sienna, and transfers the toxin into her body — ending Sienna with her own hands. She then compiles four years of Sienna's complete criminal evidence: records of hiring assailants, illegal imprisonment, poisoning, media manipulation, and more. On Thanksgiving Day, she exposes everything before the four men.
After watching all the surveillance footage and reading the written evidence, the four men finally realize they have wronged Vivian for three years. Their affection levels simultaneously surge to maximum — absolute love. Desperate to make amends, they offer vast fortunes, properties, and power, taking turns guarding her closely.
But Vivian has long seen through the endless suffering they have inflicted. She rejects all their pleas and leaves alone. The four men go so far as to blockade bridges and mobilize every resource to stop her, vowing lifelong atonement. Yet Vivian knows all too well that three years of ignored cries for help and the harm they personally inflicted can never be erased.
Having fulfilled all the system's hidden conditions, she chooses to erase all memories of this world and departs this pain-filled conquest plane entirely. She returns to reality, wakes to find her terminal illness cured, and lives a peaceful life with her parents. Meanwhile, Ethan, Marcus, Dominic, and Julian are forever trapped in endless remorse, spending the rest of their days longing for Vivian, each bearing eternal solitude alone.
