Elven princess Seraphina can choose a werewolf heir to the wolf throne. In her past life, she sacrificed her power, sacred relic and Elven Heart to help childhood friend Dante rise as Wolf King, only to be brutally murdered by him for Vesper, a human girl who stole her identity. Reborn on the mate selection day, she finds Dante also reincarnated. He openly declares he loves Vesper and will make her his second luna to humiliate Seraphina. Knowing Dante is powerless without her elven support, she turns him down and picks Roran, a quiet Shadow Wolf who secretly adores her. During the fatal Blood Moon Trial, arrogant Dante attempts all seven trials without her protection and suffers terrible damage. Seraphina and loyal Roran build a sincere bond, leaving the traitorous pair to face their bitter fate.
