Two Women One Prey

Two Women One Prey

Series details

Five years ago, Iris Vane was the most famous actress in the world - until a fabricated scandal burned her career to ash in a single week. The man who sold those stories to the press was her own husband, Julian Sterling; the man behind him was media mogul Harold Vane, who had been circling her family for years. Iris lost everything and became a ghost. Now Julian wants a divorce - and Iris is done being buried. Writing under a single letter, M - a masked screenwriter no one has ever seen - she delivers a twenty-episode script Julian's company begs to sign. Every clause she demands moves her closer to the truth her mother, Grace Vane, died protecting: Starfire Pictures was stolen, and the thief still sleeps in her bed. As M, she turns Julian's new star, Camille, into an ally. The wife he destroyed and the girl he was about to destroy - two women, one prey. Together they outmaneuver him inside his own company, and corner Harold with evidence he thought was buried forever. But the deeper she plays, the harder Julian falls for the writer he cannot recognize as his wife - and the closer Harold circles to her throat. When Iris tears off the mask on live television, the war turns personal. And a revenge built on wit, not luck, ends not in destruction but in rebirth: she takes back her mother's studio, writes her own comeback, and makes the world say her name again - Iris Vane.
