Yan Ning is a girl of few words, who has harbored a secret crush on Shen Zhizhou for years. Unable to face the pain of being rejected, she chooses to undergo psychological therapy to erase her feelings for him. Shen Zhizhou, on the other hand, is a man who doesn’t believe in love. Afraid of losing his best friend, he has long been running away from his own feelings for Yan Ning. As two public figures, they are once again entangled—this time by a celebrity dating show. Through shared efforts and numerous hardships, they come to realize that avoidance is never the answer. Only by facing their fears bravely can they bring happiness to each other.
