Unexpectedly, he got involved in a family marriage controversy with Su Qingwan, the school beauty of a wealthy family, for "pretending to be a couple". After experiencing events such as hotel conflicts, antique appraisals, and identity suspicions, the two gradually took their on-screen romance seriously. Jiang Che's elder sister, Jiang Jinyue, disguised herself as the owner of a scrap station and secretly plotted. Eventually, with the support of the family's power, Jiang Che exposed his identity as the heir to the richest man's family, foiled Chen Junjie's conspiracy, and found sincere love with Su Qingwan.
