Series details

Bonnie had a one-night stand and ended up pregnant without ever seeing the man's face. When Jeff, the patriarch of the Brown family, discovers Bonnie is carrying his son Ethan's child, he secretly arranges a wedding on Ethan's behalf. But before he can reveal the truth, Jeff is left comatose after a car accident. Ethan's grandma, Faye Brown, mistakenly assumes the baby is Jeff's. Meanwhile, Bonnie is being pressured by her own family to marry for money until Faye rescues her. Ethan, who had been searching for his mysterious one-night stand, misunderstands Bonnie, believing she's after the Brown family fortune. Their first meeting ends in hostility, but Faye dotes on Bonnie and even appoints her to oversee the Browns' entertainment empire. Slowly, Bonnie and Ethan begin to thaw their icy relationship. Just as things improve, Bonnie is tricked by the Smiths into returning home for an arranged marriage. In a desperate moment, Ethan rushes to save her—and the two grow closer than ever.
