A Second Chance With The CEO After Divorce Episode 1

Series details

Belinda Nelson, terminally ill, learns she's lost her unborn child. Simultaneously, she discovers her husband, CEO Kristopher Cox, has reunited with his first love, Cathy Miller. Kristopher dismisses Belinda's pain and attempts to contact him, even bringing Cathy to confront Belinda about her abortion. Heartbroken, Belinda decides to divorce Kristopher, who initially refuses, believing she's playing games. Belinda moves out and starts living her remaining life freely, attending parties and reconnecting with college senior Darren Wright, who shows genuine care. Kristopher, seeing Belinda with Darren, becomes jealous and confronts her, but continues to flaunt Cathy. At his grandfather Anthony's birthday, Belinda publicly announces her divorce, exposing Kristopher's neglect and affair. This leads to a chaotic confrontation where Belinda slaps Kristopher's sister, Maggie. Kristopher, distracted by Cathy's feigned illness, ignores Belinda, who collapses, vomiting blood. In the hospital, Kristopher accuses Belinda of faking her illness and using Darren. He accidentally hits her again, causing her to vomit more blood. Despite her severe condition, Kristopher downplays it to Anthony. Belinda buys Kristopher and Cathy engagement rings as a divorce gift, but Kristopher, still holding Belinda's hand, tells Anthony he won't divorce her, claiming she was merely "upset." Belinda's fight for freedom and dignity continues against Kristopher's stubborn refusal.
