AFTER DIVORCE,HE LEARNEDE Episode 1

Series details

Ava Sterling was the founding partner of Meridian, the largest law firm in the country. After marriage, she hid her identity to protect her husband Julian’s fragile ego, playing the devoted housewife while quietly clearing every obstacle from his professional path. But Julian kept her at a cold, almost pathological distance—while carrying on an affair with his assistant Kylie. The moment Ava walked in and saw him press his nose to Kylie’s stockings, something inside her snapped. She humiliated them both in public and filed for divorce. Julian arrogantly believed she couldn’t survive without him—never knowing that everything he had, from his first client to his corner office, had been built by her hands. With the full backing of her family and partners, Ava convened an emergency meeting and ousted Julian from his position as managing partner. At the firm’s charity gala, she revealed her true identity as founding partner, laid bare three years of his misconduct—client poaching, falsified records, and embezzlement—and announced his and Kylie’s immediate expulsion and prosecution. Desperate, Julian tried to steal firm secrets in exchange for protection from a rival outfit, only to walk straight into Ava’s trap. He was caught red-handed and sent to prison. Kylie, too, was arrested on drug charges under Ava’s orchestration. Five years later, Julian was released on parole—a homeless drifter at a gas station—while Ava had married Liam, her steadfast guardian through it all, built a thriving family, and reclaimed every piece of a life that was always hers.
