Behind the Dissolute Mask｜ Episode 1

Series details

The most notorious playboy in the capital acts recklessly and is widely criticized by the public. Despite countless rumors, he takes in a once-glorious female general who has lost her sanity, and a sharp-tongued, talented disabled lady. The world mocks his absurdity, yet no one sees his careful mind and persistent obsession beneath the dissolute appearance. Years ago, two loyal ministers were framed and killed by a treasonous prince and corrupt officials. This old injustice hides the secret of his late mother. To repay his mother and uncover the truth, he pretends to be a foolish playboy. The three gifted allies unite to navigate dangerous political undercurrents, gather evidence, and dismantle vicious plots. They survive life-or-death struggles and finally overthrow the treacherous villains to redress the injustice. With peace restored, he rejects official positions. The three partners open an all-service house and live a simple, peaceful life together.
