Blood on the Betrothal Night Episode 1

Series details

Canadian surgeon Evelyn thought her engagement party in Sicily would be the start of a new life. Instead, it becomes a bloodbath. Gunfire and explosions tear through the ballroom. Her fiancé Julian dies in her arms after shielding her from the attack. Before the night is over, she is taken by his uncle — Vittorio Moretti, the cold and ruthless underboss of one of Sicily’s most powerful families. He locks her inside a cliffside villa and makes one thing clear: the people who killed Julian are still hunting her. Leaving means death. Staying means becoming his prisoner. Evelyn refuses to accept it. She is a doctor, not a pawn in a mafia war. She tries to escape, to call for help, to fight back. But every attempt only tightens the cage around her. Outside the villa, a bounty has been placed on her head. Inside, the man who claims he is protecting her is the most dangerous person she has ever met. As the threat closes in, Evelyn is forced to confront a brutal truth: in Sicily, kindness is a weakness, and survival demands blood. The more she resists Vittorio, the deeper she is pulled into his world — and into the dangerous tension between them.
