Blood-soaked Black Swan Episode 1

Series details

In a Prohibition-era city built on neon, jazz, and blood, nineteen-year-old Irish immigrant Emma saves the most feared gangster Ryan during a firefight—only to have her own world implode. Her gambling father sells her to settle debts. Her trusted fiancé, a corrupt cop, trades her for a detective's badge. Her cries are erased. Her name is erased. """"In this city, you don't exist."""" On a rainy bridge, she chooses to live. Ryan pulls her back from the edge, renames her """"Black Swan,"""" and forges her into a blade—six months of brutal training in guns, fists, and stillness before the trigger. She returns, cold and lethal, settling every score. But her burning bond with Ryan brings his aristocratic fiancée into the fray, pushing revenge toward a bloodier end. A tale of extreme tenderness and extreme violence—a girl abandoned by the world grows fangs in the dark, and becomes the Black Swan everyone fears.
