Bound by the Same Dream Episode 1

Series details

Elena had thought it was nothing but an absurd and shameful dream. For months on end, every night she dreamed of the same stranger—kissing, entangled, spiraling into reckless abandon. Until one day, she reported Vanessa, the wealthy girl in her class, for cheating on an exam, and thereby incurred the wrath of Vanessa’s all-powerful uncle—Dominic Calder. The man rumored to be able to manipulate the fate of the entire city with ease bore the exact same face as the stranger from her dreams. And the fresh bite mark at the corner of his lips was the very one she had left in her dream the night before. Everyone assumed Dominic had come to take revenge on Vanessa’s behalf, but Elena gradually discovered that the one he was truly looking for had always been her. Dreams and reality overlapped, desire and truth pulled against each other. She fought desperately to escape this dangerous man, yet with every reluctant closeness she found that the bond between them had been forged in childhood. It turned out that the lofty, powerful heir of a wealthy family was the boy Rayne she had once protected as a child—and had long since forgotten. As the truths of school bullying, workplace scheming, and charity embezzlement were peeled back layer by layer, Elena finally understood: Dominic was not a nightmare that had abruptly barged into her life, but an old dream that had been searching for her across the years. She thought she was fleeing from him, never knowing that he had already waited through the long, silent years for her to recognize him again. In the end, hand in hand, they unraveled the conspiracy and turned that dream—which belonged only to them—into a real life together.
