Bound to the Wasteland King Episode 1

Series details

In a desolate, toxic apocalypse, twenty-eight-year-old high-tier Purifier Gillian lost everything. Framed by the elite Crusader Academy and the powerful Grayson Syndicate, her unborn twins and beloved grandmother perished in the tragic downfall and targeted purges of the wasteland. Consumed by despair and fury, Gillian’s volatile core went critical—triggering an unexpected anomaly that sent her soul rewinding eight years into the past. Reawakening as her twenty-year-old self, Gillian finds herself right back at the turning point of the Crusader Academy's treacherous trap. Armed with the brutal combat expertise and dark determination of a veteran survivor, she refuses to play the victim this time. She ruthlessly neutralizes the predatory young lord of the Grayson family, plunders billions in assets to seed her revenge, and immediately flees the academy with her grandmother. To evade the syndicate’s planetary warrant, Gillian makes a desperate play: at the shelter registry, she randomly pairs with a newly enlisted private from the 9th Corps to claim instantaneous military spouse immunity—and boards a transport ship bound for the outer wilderness. Little does she know, the mysterious "ordinary recruit" she dragged into a hasty marriage, Merrick, is secretly the Supreme Commander and undisputed War God of the entire 9th Corps, feared by both aberrant beasts and mutated horrors across the sector. As peril mounts during the voyage, Gillian uncovers and dismantles a deadly sabotage plot hidden inside the military's medical alloy crates by the Graysons. Her decisive action earns her an extraordinary field promotion to Chief Medical Officer (Captain) of the 9th Corps. With her newly acquired capital, she quietly buys out twelve untamed peaks in the Wyldridge Range—rich in hidden dark-matter veins—marking the foundation of her future wasteland empire. Faced with the burning scars of her past life, the Grayson Syndicate's relentless interstellar hunt, her enigmatic husband’s overwhelming power, and the rising tide of apocalyptic corruption... Gillian wields her rare purification talents and future knowledge to carve a path of blood and iron through the wasteland. She will drag every last enemy to hell, protect her loved ones, and ascend as the ultimate sovereign of the wilderness!
