Brennan Fernandez's Perfect Deception Episode 1

Series details

Theresia, the female lead, once fell into utter despair: her young daughter was seriously ill with no money for treatment, and her ex-husband abandoned mother and daughter without a second thought. Her first love, Brennan, stepped forward to help. He covered the huge medical expenses and stayed by their side day and night. Six years later, the two got married, and Theresia became pregnant again, believing she had finally embraced happiness. However, during a routine prenatal check-up, she accidentally overheard a conversation between her husband and the doctor, unveiling a shocking truth. Her daughter had not passed away from illness six years ago. Instead, Brennan, desperate to save his white moonlight Adriana, bribed doctors to forge a medical diagnosis and arranged for her daughter’s heart to be transplanted into Adriana. What’s more, the child she was carrying now was nothing but Brennan’s guilty compensation, not a child born out of love. Heartbroken to the core, Theresia woke up completely. She gathered solid evidence of her husband’s illegal organ transplantation and forged medical documents, resolutely filed for divorce and left her hometown far behind. She also terminated her pregnancy on the operating table and sent the embryo to Brennan as her most decisive act of retaliation. It was only after losing everything that Brennan came to his senses. He frantically tried to win Theresia back, publicly defended her, and broke off all ties with Adriana. Eventually, he uncovered that Adriana had never been ill at all — it had all been her elaborate lie, and his daughter could have grown up safe and sound. In the end, driven by vengeance for his wife and daughter, Brennan killed Adriana and took her heart, before surrendering to the law. Freed from all shackles, Theresia restarted her life in Boston and became an independent and liberated woman.
