Burned By Him, Reborn A Star Episode 1

Series details

Evelyn Vance, an "invisible wife," endures a loveless marriage to Julian Vance. After a penthouse fire leaves her injured and Julian is publicly seen comforting his mistress, Serena Holloway, Evelyn decides to divorce him. She reveals her secret identity as "The Architect," a renowned ghostwriter with a hidden fortune, and attempts to launch an acting career. Julian retaliates by freezing her assets, sabotaging her auditions, and using their grandmother's care as leverage. He physically injures Evelyn at a studio, then dismisses her pain. Despite a public smear campaign orchestrated by Julian and Serena, Evelyn uses her secret wealth and "Architect" persona to accept a script-doctoring role on Julian's film, planning to expose Serena and dismantle Julian's control from within. At a family gala, Evelyn makes a defiant statement with a deconstructed dress. Julian abandons her to answer Serena's call, solidifying Evelyn's resolve. Supported by her grandmother, Evelyn confronts Julian's family, exposing their hypocrisy. She leaves, fully embracing her new identity and ready to dismantle Julian's empire, one script at a time.
