Burning Passion: Love Never Dies Episode 1

Series details

Debbie Nelson, a college student, seeks a divorce from her nominal husband, Carlos Hilton, a powerful CEO whose identity she is initially unaware of. She signs a divorce agreement, giving up all property, but Carlos refuses unless his comatose grandfather consents. Their accidental encounters escalate into a power struggle as Carlos learns Debbie's identity and her "tomboyish" ways. He moves into her villa, restricts her freedom, and forces her into various classes, including his own. He punishes her for defiance by leaving her in a cemetery, exploiting her fear of darkness. Despite her resistance, Carlos reveals his reasons for maintaining the marriage, including using her as an alibi and a fortune teller's prophecy. Their relationship becomes a mix of forced proximity, discipline, and unexpected attraction, with Carlos determined to "tame" his feisty wife.
