Contract Ends, She Leaves Episode 1

Series details

Serena Sterling, a brilliant forensic pathologist, ends her contract with billionaire heir Ethan Miller when she refuses to be his trophy. Ethan, clueless about his own love until she's gone, chases her across states and finds her on a blind date. Jealousy boils over—but when a flowerpot falls from above, he shields her with his body and gets critically injured. That moment shatters their walls, but his father Charles threatens her parents to force her out, while his mother Margaret exposes Ethan's traumatic past. After another breakup, Serena sees life's fragility on her autopsy table and chooses no more regrets. Ethan finally drops his pride, destroys his father's power, and at his chairman gala, publicly begs Serena to stay. She runs into his arms. In the end, the chaos fades—just two people, honest at last, finding love in ordinary days.
