Counterback of the Despised Luna Episode 1

Series details

Rosaline Sinclair, the powerful Alpha heiress of the Shadow Pack, disguises herself as an ordinary Omega to keep her grandfather from worrying. She travels to Rivemon to fulfill a three-month "trial period" engagement with Caden Holbrook, the Alpha heir of the Eclipse Pack. Rosaline originally plans to lie low for three months and then break off the engagement. However, the Holbrook family treats her with contempt and hostility from the very start. Upon her arrival, she faces harassment from her future mother-in-law and a sharp-tongued cousin, as well as cold indifference from her aloof yet traumatized fiancé, Caden Holbrook. Yet beneath her disguise, Rosaline uses her intelligence, formidable strength, and unique charm to fight back—she outmaneuvers a colleague's scheme at work and stuns the crowd at a social event with her extraordinary piano skills, delivering a crushing blow to Wendy Crawford, Caden's childhood friend and rival. Meanwhile, Caden gradually notices that this "country Omega" bears many similarities to the mysterious girl who once clung to him in the darkness during his childhood—the girl who saved him. Her scent allows him to sleep soundly; her struggles move him deeply. The ice around his heart begins to thaw. After a warehouse incident (being set up with wolfsbane by a colleague) and an elaborate frame-up (being falsely accused of stealing a diamond ring), Caden chooses to stand firmly by Rosaline's side. Their relationship shifts from mutual disdain under a fake engagement to tentative curiosity and unspoken affection.
