Divorced Him, Found Better Episode 1

Series details

Claire’s husband, Matthew, proposed an "open marriage" and slid a contract across the table. On the surface, she remained calm, but beneath it, she was already laying her own trap. She met the young and handsome Benjamin, and without Matthew's knowledge, she maneuvered him into signing the actual divorce papers. During the agonizing cooling-off period, Matthew flaunted his new flame, Margaret, without a shred of restraint—parading their affair in public and even humiliating Claire in front of others. That was the final blow that crushed whatever lingering attachment she had left. After the divorce, Claire wasted no time moving out. Matthew, left behind in the hollow silence, was consumed by regret—but it was far too late. Meanwhile, Benjamin, who had seemed like nothing more than an ordinary college student, revealed an astonishing family background and a depth of devotion that took her breath away. He planned a heartfelt proposal, helped her restore her grandmother’s cherished keepsakes, and welcomed her into his family with open arms. In the end, the two walked hand in hand into a future blanketed in heavy snow—and Claire finally told Matthew, face to face, that she had closed the door on that dark chapter of her life, and was ready to begin anew.
