Fading Into You Again Episode 1

Series details

Eight years ago, overweight schoolgirl Chloe, bullied by her peers, had a crush on football star Liam. Before she could confess her feelings, she overheard him say, “Who could like a fat girl? She’s just for fun.” Heartbroken, she walked away, unaware the cruel remark was a lie Liam was forced to tell under the coach’s threats to protect her scholarship and enrollment. Eight years later, Chloe, now a slender beauty working at a club, accidentally saves Liam, a famous NFL player who has been drugged. After a passionate night, she swallows her pride and asks him for money to cover her mother’s million-dollar medical bills, leading Liam to label her a mercenary woman. When an old driver’s license reveals she is “Coco”, the girl he has searched for eight years, Liam uses her mother’s medical expenses as leverage to force her into a three-month fake girlfriend contract. Chloe struggles to resist his obsessive possessiveness and overwhelming affection, determined to pay off her debts with the prize from the National Cello Competition and cut all ties with him. But when spoiled rich kid Brad and vicious judge Victoria conspire to kidnap her, Liam discards his helmet right before the Super Bowl kickoff, crashes his car through the warehouse gate, and takes a deadly steel pipe blow to his back to shield her. When Chloe opens a rusted metal box and listens to the recording exposing the truth from eight years ago, all misunderstandings and barriers crumble amid her tears. A tormented love spanning eight years: he sacrifices his entire career to prove she has always meant more to him than the Super Bowl.
