Fireworks Over Los Angeles Episode 1

Series details

Chloe was once the daughter of a wealthy family. Three years ago, despite her father’s vehement opposition, she resolutely gave up all her family’s wealth and her privileged life to marry Linton, a penniless young man. However, this marriage across social classes did not bring her happiness. While their son Leon was attending an elite private school, he was maliciously framed and cruelly abused by Anna, a scheming female teacher. Anna not only inflicted physical violence on the young Leon but also colluded with other students and parents to subject him to the ultimate humiliation. When Chloe turned to her husband, Linton, for help, she faced a fatal betrayal. Linton not only obeyed Anna’s every command but, in order to protect this “soulmate” he had secretly admired for years, even beat his own son with his own hands and forced Leon to kneel before Anna and admit his wrongdoing. Under the dual blows of prolonged psychological torment, school bullying, and his father’s cold-hearted cruelty, seven-year-old Leon could no longer bear the humiliation. After leaving a suicide note, he leaped from the rooftop of a high-rise building, ending his young life. Her son’s tragic death shattered Chloe’s world and revealed her husband’s true nature—hypocritical and cold-blooded. In the midst of her overwhelming grief, Chloe had a sudden epiphany. She reached out to the family she had once severed ties with and, with the strong support of her uncle and mentor, made a forceful return. Facing the still arrogant and domineering Anna and the stubbornly unrepentant Linton, Chloe shed her former gentleness and transformed into a vengeful demon. She publicly beat Anna, severed all ties with Linton, and vowed to use ruthless measures to make all those responsible for her son’s death pay with their blood.
