Five Years as His Stand-In, He’s Driven Mad Episode 1

Series details

"The Queen's Revenge" Ella came from nothing. When her family fell sick during her time at the University of Chicago, she made a deal with Kevin—heir to the Bennett empire. He would pay for her family's survival. In return, she would help him win over Iris, the campus goddess. Five years later, Ella was Executive Vice President of Bennett Global Capital—and Kevin's secret mistress. Her genius built his company into Chicago's top financial powerhouse. But Kevin never saw her. He was obsessed with Iris, that "pure" and untouchable dream. He treated Ella like a tool, a placeholder, and trampled her dignity without a second thought. The moment Iris returned from overseas, Kevin threw Ella out. But Ella had already prepared her escape. Hudson, a junior from college who had silently loved her for ten years, reached out. He was the self-made billionaire founder of Reed & Associates Financial—and he had been waiting for her all along. Iris, hungry for power but clueless about business, climbed to the top. She signed fake projects, hired corrupt partners, and bled the Bennett empire dry. And Kevin—still blind—forced Ella to take the blame. Humiliated but done with debts, Ella submitted her resignation, paid off her last moral obligation, and walked away clean. At Reed & Associates, Ella unleashed her full power. Mega mergers, ruthless rivals, impossible deals—she crushed them all and shot the company to the top. She became the most formidable woman in finance. Meanwhile, Bennett Global Capital collapsed. Lawsuits piled up, the money drained away, and the empire crumbled to dust. Kevin finally understood: Ella had been the only thing holding his world together. He begged on his knees. She turned him away cold. Iris, now exposed as a greedy fraud, stole what was left and ran off with another man. Broken and twisted by betrayal, Kevin committed a crime and ended up in prison. Ella was finally free—free of obligation, free of her past, free of who she used to be. And Hudson, who had loved her in silence for a decade, was finally by her side. Together, they built an empire of their own. —He thought he threw away a tool. He didn't realize he threw away his entire kingdom.
