Five Years His Hidden Lover, I Came Back a Queen Episode 1

Series details

"Serafina Moretti had served Dominic Russo for five full years — not only as his sharpest second-in-command, but also as his underground lover, a relationship he could never make public. She clung to the hope that ""once the situation stabilizes, we'll go public,"" only to receive provocative photos from Dominic's ex-girlfriend Valentina on their anniversary, leaving her completely disheartened. Coincidentally, Enzo, the Don of the Moretti family, once again invited her to take full control of the West Coast operations in Seattle. She had twice turned down this appointment to stay by Dominic's side — but this time, she finally agreed, secretly signing the power transfer agreement. After Valentina returned to the family, she repeatedly schemed and provoked Dominic, who, burdened by lingering guilt, repeatedly took her side without question, gradually eroding whatever affection Serafina had left. On New Year's Eve, when Dominic stood her up yet again for Valentina, Serafina reached her breaking point. She left a note, blocked all contact, and flew to Seattle to officially assume her post. Dominic later discovered that Valentina had not only deceived him, but had also been leaking family intelligence and colluding with outside forces in an attempt to overthrow the family. Coming to his senses, he chased after her to Seattle trying to win her back — only to be expelled by Serafina on the grounds of ""trespassing on her territory."" With the full support of her deputy Callum, Serafina subdued the Triads, quelled internal rebellions, and restructured the port industry, firmly establishing herself as the ruler of the West Coast. Along the way, she also accepted the feelings Callum had hidden for years. In the end, she became the first female core council member in the Moretti family's century-long history, finally stepping out of the shadow of her five-year secret affair and opening a new chapter of her own — in both career and love."
