From Ashes to Dragon: The Warrior's Soul Returns Episode 1

Series details

Dai Yinchu, once known as the greatest martial artist in the land, lost everything when crisis hit. Foreign invaders invaded his country, his martial arts school was destroyed, his wife was killed, and his children went missing. Overwhelmed by despair, he set himself on fire—only to be reborn as a "martial soul," a spiritual embodiment of his extraordinary skills. Sixty years later, Zhao Hongying rebuilds the old martial arts school, and a foreign challenge emerges: a life-or-death duel against the nation’s warriors. When no seasoned masters dare to accept, Zhao Tianling, a young descendant of the school, steps forward. At her most desperate moment, Dai Yinchu’s martial soul awakens. He teaches her the legendary "Qi into Dragon" technique—a move so powerful that even the heirs of Tai Chi feel intimidated. Together, they face the chaos of the martial arts world (a realm of rival sects, warrior codes, and hidden conflicts), watching as their nation’s martial arts scene rises from decline to glory. Will their unique partnership rewrite the future of the martial arts world?
