From hell, she plays the game Episode 1

Series details

To seize control of a long-established Las Vegas casino, professional con artist Julian set up a marriage as a ruse, stole the core assets of heiress Charlotte’s family, and sold them to a rival, leading to the destruction of her family. Betrayed and having lost both her father and son, Charlotte was banished and lay low in Europe for seven years. Now, under the alias “Ms. V,” she is the shadowy leader of the European Royal Gaming Commission, which controls global top-tier casino licenses and oversees hundreds of billions in underground gambling revenue. Determined to drag her enemy into hell with her own hands, she resolutely abandoned her secure position as heir to a Monaco casino tycoon and returned with cold-blooded resolve. Meanwhile, Julian is resorting to his old tricks, attempting to use emotional manipulation and a sham engagement to seize the monopoly-level offshore gambling cruise ships and prime real estate owned by Edgar’s daughter, Eleanor, in order to build his North American gambling empire. Charlotte entered the fray in high profile as “Ms. V,” immediately dangling the deadly bait of “exclusive North American operating rights.” She moved cautiously, first using her authority over licensing reviews to sever Marcus’s funding chain, dragging this former accomplice completely into the mire; she then secretly guided Eleanor to detect traces of a neurotoxin Julian had slipped into her calming tea, bringing this “Texas rose” destined for the slaughter back to her senses, and the two formed a deadly alliance of revenge. Facing the greedy and arrogant Julian, Charlotte deliberately inflated the deposit required for the operating rights, luring him into recklessly mortgaging all his casino assets and even borrowing massive sums at exorbitant interest rates from the local underworld. At the celebratory reception where Julian believed he was on the verge of becoming a gambling tycoon, Charlotte—in her capacity as the committee’s chief adjudicator—will deliver the death sentence: the immediate, nationwide revocation of all his gambling licenses and the freezing of his core capital reserves. This will instantly reduce his gambling empire to a pile of worthless paper incapable of covering his insatiable debt, ultimately to be torn to shreds by the enraged debt-collecting mob.
