From the Ashes We Rise Episode 1

Series details

A catastrophic quantum-drive failure strands elite Syndicate operative Nyx on an uncharted, primeval planet. Stripped of her modern arsenal, she is immediately captured by Kaelen—a seven-foot-tall savage giant and the undisputed king of the feral jungle. What begins as a violent clash of wills and primal claiming soon forges into an unbreakable, blood-soaked bond of survival and terrifying devotion. But the lethal flora and cannibalistic tribes are the least of their worries. The Syndicate has tracked Nyx down, bringing a mechanized army of cyborgs and dropships into the jungle. Their true target? Kaelen’s miraculous, anomalous DNA, which they intend to harvest to breed an unstoppable army of bio-mechanical clones. Facing orbital kinetic bombardments, stealth assassins, and grotesque cybernetic abominations, Nyx and Kaelen must combine high-tech tactical warfare with unhinged, primeval rage. Surviving isn't enough anymore. The galaxy's most powerful corporation just made the fatal mistake of threatening the apex predators of a brutal new world. Now, they are stealing a ship, and the hunt is on.
