He Chose His Mistress While I Lost Our Baby Episode 1

Series details

On the night Olivia goes into labor, she suffers a life-threatening hemorrhage. But her husband, Ethan, abandons her at the hospital to rescue Sophie, his female subordinate, after she threatens to jump from a rooftop. Olivia undergoes emergency surgery alone, loses their baby, and is told she may never conceive again. Yet Ethan refuses to believe her. Instead, he brings Sophie-wearing his clothes-into their home and accuses Olivia of being jealous and unreasonable. Heartbroken but resolute, Olivia invokes the prenuptial agreement Ethan signed before their marriage and files for divorce, determined to make him walk away with nothing. When Sophie fights back with a fake cancer diagnosis, a fabricated pregnancy, and an online smear campaign, Olivia refuses to be intimidated. She returns to the career she sacrificed for her marriage while gathering medical records, recordings, text messages, and other evidence to expose Sophie's lies. At a company hearing and a major project launch, Olivia turns the tables. Sophie's fake illness, fraudulent fundraising, and attempted blackmail are exposed, leading to her arrest and imprisonment. Ethan loses his marriage, career, and fortune—and leaves consumed by regret. Olivia, meanwhile, rises on her own merits to become a partner at her design firm, finally closing the door on her past and stepping into a new life that belongs entirely to her.
