Heart Remembers, Fate Reunites Episode 1

Series details

Shen Niannian and Ye Jinyan were kidnapped as children. Shen Niannian was tortured by the kidnappers, losing her voice, and her life was on the brink until she was unexpectedly rescued by the impoverished Sun Guifang and her family, who renamed her Zhang Niannian. After she grew up, Zhang Niannian, with a jade pendant, almost reunited with her brother and Ye Jinyan several times, but each time they failed to recognize her. By a twist of fate, the eldest daughter of the Zhang family obtains the heroine's jade pendant, claiming the identity of the Shen family's heiress and secretly plotting against Niannian. The heroine is repeatedly mistreated by her biological brother and adoptive sister, while Ye Jinyan feels an odd sense of familiarity with the girl before him.
