Her Bear Carried the Truth Home Episode 1

Series details

When five-year-old Daphne arrives at Rose Manor in the rain, clutching the teddy bear her late mother left behind, she insists that Victor is her father. Madeline and Rhys try to disgrace the child at dinner with a fabricated paternity report, but the bear holds Winnie's final proof: recordings, official documents, and records of Victor's attempts to see his daughter. Years earlier, Madeline had set Winnie up, taken the ten million meant for her, and blamed her disappearance on greed. Winnie endured poverty while raising Daphne alone, until exhaustion claimed her life. At a family gathering, Fenris recognizes Daphne as the missing Ross heir. Victor reveals the stolen money trail, Clara plays the hidden recording, and Madeline and Rhys betray one another before their arrest. Daphne receives her inheritance, her father's protection, and a place beside Winnie in the family legacy.
